Q. When will my order ship?

A.Normally, It takes about 3-14 days (business days) from the date of shipment until delivery is completed.

All products from Quan Store are delivered directly from Japan, Thailand or Korea to your destination.

You will receive an automated shipment notification email once your order has been processed and shipped. If your package does not arrive within 12 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service center.

*delivery tracking is set as an option, you can check the delivery status with the delivery tracking number after shipping the product.

If you didn't choose a tracking option, you will be responsible for the loss.

Q.How much will shipping cost?

A. Products are delivered by registered international post office, and delivery costs are based on weight and your shipping location. Please note that orders shipping may be subject to customs fees; these are separate fees determined by the country the package is being sent to, and are not a part of the shipping cost.

You can determine your shipping cost by adding all of the items you would like to purchase to your cart. After chosen a method of shipping you want, the shipping calculator will provide a price at the bottom of the cart page!

Q.Can I change my shipping address?

A. We can change your shipping address If your order has not been shipped yet by sending a 1: 1 inquiry. Please let us know the order number and new address you want to change and we will process as soon as possible.

However, you can change the delivery destination only before shipping. Please note that it will be difficult to change the address after shipped.

In addition, the change of delivery destination is applied only to the order that you inquired.

For receive the product to the correct destination in the future, please updating your address at member's My Page.

Q.Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes we do! However, please understand that we do not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as absence of the receiver, customs or additional shipping charges from such situations.

Q. Do I have to pay for import taxes & Custom fees?

A. International shipping may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. It is out of DoikiDoki Market control and we are not responsible for any customs fees that your government may charge you for importing goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees. We are required by law to declare all items at their actual price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Also, we cannot mark packages as “gifts”, and can't less the value of the product than reality to evade customs charges. If you have any questions regarding the customs policies of your country, please contact your local customs office directly.
