Q.What payment methods you accept
A. We are accepting a payment by PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Debit or Credit card.
For different currencies, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically.

Q.How can I change my payment method?
A. the payment method cannot be changed if the order form has already been created. However, you can canceling the order and re-purchases(only before your order has not been shipped) by chose another payment method.

Q. Can I cancel my order and get refund?
A. It is possible If your order has not been shipped. However, we're sorry to inform you that we do not accept cancellations or replacements after we have shipped the package. since we may not be able to process your inquiry. The cancellation of order will be confirmed by 1: 1 inquiry whether cancellation is possible or not. If the cancellation is possible, a cancellation fee of 5% of the item price will be charged. In case of the shipped package has return to our shop and the user wants to cancel the order, please note that we are unable to refund a shipping fee.

Q. There's an error with Amazon Pay, what should i do?
A. Depending on your browser, you may not be able to use Amazon Pay. Please check the Amazon help page here for the target browser information. Amazon Pay reconfiguration

Follow the steps below to try resetting your payment method.

1) Remove Amazon Pay from "Payment method" from the "Settings" screen of the web version.
2) Save the page once with it removed.
3) Set Amazon Pay as the payment method again and save it (link it with a new card).
4) Proceed to the settlement procedure.
